摘要
本文基于麦可思对2010届大学毕业生半年后的就业状况的调查数据,从就业状态、就业质量、培养的工作能力、核心知识和求职等方面全面分析了我国工程类毕业生的就业现状。总体来讲,2010届工程类本科、高职学生的毕业半年后就业率、月收入均比2009届有明显的上升,求职难度有所下降,整体就业水平已经恢复到金融危机之前。
Based on MyCOS′s data of employment situation of college graduates after six months of their graduation in 2010,the paper has comprehensively analyzed Chinese engineering graduates′ employment status,qualities,trained working abilities,core knowledge,job applications,and so forth.Generally,the employment situation in 2010 of bachelors and vocational graduates is much better than that of them in 2009.Both employment rate and monthly income increase substantially,while the difficulties of job application decrease.The overall employment level has recovered to the level before the financial crisis.
