Conflicts Among Universities′Strategic Management Teams in China and the Solutions

本文分析了我国高校战略管理团队之间冲突的具体表现,并从明晰办学理念、加强团队建设、完善决策机制、鼓励认知性冲突和及时干预等方面提出加强我国高校战略管理团队冲突管理的策略,以此促进高校的可持续发展。

This paper has introduced the conflicts among the strategic management teams in universities. In order to realize the sustainable development of universities, some solutions are proposed to strengthen the management of these teams, including clarifying the school--running ideas, consolidating team construction, perfecting decision-making mechanism, encouraging cognitive conflicts and timely inter- vention.
