摘要 为了研究复合绝缘子运行多年后的机械性能,从输电线路上随机抽取了约150支运行不同时间的內楔式、外楔式、压接式复合绝缘子,进行了机械破坏负荷试验和拉扭动载机械性能研究。试验研究结果表明,内楔式复合绝缘子经过10余年的运行,机械破坏负荷并没有明显地大幅下降,总体机械性能较好,仍可继续使用,但应注意对其机械性能抽检情况保持关注;外楔式复合绝缘子残余机械强度分散性较大,机械稳定性差,应予以更换;压接式复合绝缘子具有较高的机械强度,机械性能稳定。研究成果为评估运行复合绝缘子的机械稳定性提供了可靠的试验依据。 To evaluate the mechanical performances of in-service composite insulators,we experimentally researched the mechanical failing and dynamic loads on about 150 pieces of in-service inner-wedged,outer-wedged and crimped composite insulators.Experimental results show that,after more than ten years' service,inner-wedged composite insulators do not show significant decrease in mechanical performances;the residual mechanical strength of outer-wedged composite insulators has a large dispersivity,and the mechanical reliability of outer-wedged composite insulator is poor;crimped composite insulators have high mechanical performances and the mechanical performances of crimped composite insulator are reliable.The test results provide a reliable experimental guide for evaluating the mechanical reliability of in-service composite insulators.
