莲菊感冒胶囊抗炎解热发汗解表作用 被引量:4

Study on the anti-inflammatory, anti-febric and sweat effects of Lianjuganmao capsule

摘要 目的:研究莲菊感冒胶囊的抗炎、解热、发汗解表作用。方法:通过羧甲基纤维素钠所致大鼠腹腔白细胞的游走,角叉菜胶所致大鼠的足跖肿胀,二甲苯所致小鼠的耳肿胀试验观察其抗炎作用;通过内毒素所致家兔发热实验观察其解热作用;通过对大鼠足跖汗液分泌的影响观察其发汗解表作用。结果:莲菊感冒胶囊高、中剂量组可降低羧甲基纤维素钠所致大鼠腹腔白细胞游走,可使二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀程度减轻,各剂量组均可明显减轻角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足肿胀。各剂量组均能明显抑制内毒素所致家兔体温升高。莲菊感冒胶囊各剂量组的汗点数、空泡汗腺数、空泡发生率均高于正常对照组,且与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:莲菊感冒胶囊具有良好的抗炎、解热、发汗解表作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the anti inflammatory, anti-febric and sweat effects of Lianiuganmao capsule in animal models. METHODS Anti-inflammatory effects were studied by the models of CMC-Na induced-leucocyte strolling in mice,paw edema induced by carrageenin in rats and auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice. Heating experiment in rabbits induced by endotoxin was used to study the anti-febric effects. The sweat effects were studied by the way of affecting sweat secretion of the rats' paw. RESULTS Lianjuganmao capsule could obviously inhibit the leucocyte strolling inthe rats and the auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice with high,middle dosage. The drug could obviously inhibit the paw edema induced by carrageenin in mice with high,middle,low dosage. The drug could obviously lower the high temperature of fever model in rabbits and increase the sweat points, vacuoles sweat gland points and the incidence of vacuoles in rats. There was significant difference comparing with control group (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION Lianjuganmao capsule have anti-inflammatory, anti febric and sweat effects.
