眩晕宁片治疗脑动脉硬化性眩晕的临床观察

Clinical observation on Xuanyunning tablet for the treatment of patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo

目的:验证眩晕宁片治疗眩晕症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:设立眩晕宁片治疗组和氟桂利嗪对照组,观察2组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.65%。对照组总有效率为92.50%。治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论:眩晕宁片健脾利湿,滋肾平肝,是治疗痰湿中阻、肝肾不足引起的脑动脉硬化性眩晕有效而安全的药物。

OBJECTIVE To verify the clinical curative effect and safety of Xuanyunning tablet for the treatment of dizziness disease METHODS Establishing Xuanyunning tablet treatment group and flunarizine hydrochloride control group, and observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups. RESULTS The total efficient rate of the treatment group was 95.65%, the total efficient rate of the control group was 92. 50%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. CONCLUSION Xuanyunning tablets can be used for resolving dampness by invigorating the spleen and ourishing the liver and kidney. It is a effective and safe drug for cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo caused by stagnation of phlegm-dampness and liver-Kidney deficiency.
