摘要
文中在分析现有机构设计方法的基础上,依据信息加工观,研究了机构设计过程及各阶段在大脑思维下的表征形式、演变及信息处理过程,再依据计算机的工作原理、处理文本信息与图形信息的特点,提出利用数据挖掘、特征提取、特征降维、灰色关联度算法、参数化技术、基于辅助基准的装配技术、二次开发技术等在计算机上实现文本处理、文本-图形转换、图形处理等过程的一体化来完成整个机构设计活动。以连杆机构设计为例,实现了在人机交互环境下计算机化、智能化、自动化的设计过程。
Based on the analysis of the existing mechanical design methods and the information processing views,the representation forms,evolution and information processing under the thinking brain during the mechanical design process and at different stages were studied.And based on the computer's working principle,the characteristics of handling text message and graphic information,it was proposed to complete entire mechanical design activities in the computer through the integration of text processing,text-graphics conversion,graphics processing by using data mining,feature extraction,feature dimension reduction,the gray relational degree algorithm,parametric technology,secondary benchmark based assembly technology and secondary development technologies and etc.By taking the link mechanism design as an example,the computerized,intelligent,automated design process was achieved in man-machine interactive environment.
