摘要
目的建立HPLC测定注射用亚锡替曲膦(TF药盒)中替曲膦含量的方法。方法采用Waters Symmetry C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm)的色谱柱,以甲醇-水(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为215 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果替曲膦在50~500μg·mL-1内成线性关系,y=1.299×104+2.495×104x(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.09%,RSD为0.63%。结论本方法操作简便、准确,可用于TF药盒中替曲膦含量的快速定量分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of tetrofosmin in tetrofosmin and stannous chloride for injection(TF kit). METHODS HPLC was adopted with Waters Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column as analytical column, methanol-water (85 ∶ 15) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 215 nm, respectively. RESULTS The linear range of tetrofosmin was 50-500 μg·mL-1, r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 98.09%, RSD was 0.63%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and suitable for determination of tetrofosmin in TF kit.
