摘要
在一台TY1100轻型直喷式柴油机上研究了添加15%、25%(体积分数)的乙二醇单丁醚(NBE)的柴油混合燃料对柴油机在转速为1,400,r/min和2,000,r/min下燃烧和排放性能的影响.试验结果表明:NBE可与柴油实现良好的互溶;在不改变柴油机结构参数的条件下,燃用柴油-乙二醇单丁醚燃料时,着火略有延迟,燃烧速度加快;缸内最大压力下降,下降程度在低负荷时不显著,高负荷大,压力升高率有所推后且稍有增加;NBE有效热效率比柴油相对提高了1.2%~8.1%,且可以显著降低柴油机的碳烟排放和CO排放,烟度下降43%~75%,CO排放下降46%~56%.可使HC的排放有一定程度的降低,其排放规律具有波动性,NOx排放稍有下降.
Experimental study on various ratios of diesel and n-butoxyether(NBE)blends on a TY1100 single cylinder DI diesel engine was conducted.Results show that NBE has good solubility in diesel.With-out modification to engine,using the blend of 15%-25% NBE and diesel,the ignition delay is slightly increased,combustion rate is increased and cylinder pressure is decreased.Engine thermal efficiency in-creases by 1.2%-8.1%,smoke decreases by 43%-75%,CO emission decreases by 46%-56% at high load.NBE-diesel blend reduces HC emissions to some extent,and NOx emission is slightly decreased.
