摘要
采用固相反应法合成了季戊四醇锌,通过红外光谱及X射线衍射证实形成了新配合物。采用刚果红试纸法与烘箱老化试验测试了季戊四醇锌及与辅助热稳定剂硬脂酸钙、环氧大豆油、水滑石、β-二酮复配时的热稳定效果。结果表明,季戊四醇锌与环氧大豆油协同效果最好,热稳定时间最高可达54 min;季戊四醇锌与β-二酮复配在抑制聚氯乙烯(PVC)初期变色时效果最佳;季戊四醇锌作为热稳定剂,使PVC的热稳定性能得到较大的提升,无锌烧现象,其效果接近于铅盐。
Penzinc was synthesized by a solid-state reaction. The structure of the complex was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Thermal stability of penzinc and several auxiliary heat stabilizers, calcium stearate, epoxidized soybean oil, LDHS and β-diketone were evaluated by Congo Red test and oven aging test. It showed that penzinc and epoxidized soybean oil had the best collaborative effect, the thermal stability time could reach 54 min. Penzinc and β- diketone had better collaborative effect on inhibition of the early.color changing. Penzinc obviously enhanced the heat stability of PVC, no zinc burning phenomenon was found, close to the traditional lead salt.
