摘要
2010年APEC13成员参加了茂物目标评估,文章就评估的四个领域,即关税、非关税、服务贸易、投资进行了分析,阐明了参加评估的成员在推进自由化中取得的成就,指出了今后继续推进自由化的具体领域。
The thirteen APEC member economies took part in the 2010 Bogor Goals assessment.This paper makes analysis on the four areas being assessed,that is tariffs,non-tariff measures,trade in services and investment.The article also expounds the achievements made in advancing liberalization by the members participating in the assessment,and points out the specific areas in which further promote trade and investment liberalization.
