In recent years,with the signing and the implementation of CEPA framework agreement,the economic cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong achieved remarkable results.To seize the opportunity to promote further promote economic cooperation between the two places,these policies and measures should be taken： establishing new co-operation mechanisms,guiding the transfer of industry,supporting the enterprise transformation and strengthening the publicity and promotion.
