越南和中国产广藿香挥发性成分的比较研究

Analysis of Volatile Components of Herba Pogostemonis from Vietnam and China

目的比较越南和中国两地产广藿香挥发性成分及其指纹图谱的差异性及相关性。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广藿香挥发油;采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)检测中国和越南两个产地的广藿香挥发油成分,对其成分进行定性和定量的比较分析;运用相似度软件对比分析GC-MS指纹图谱的异同。结果越南产广藿香挥发油总量高于中国产广藿香;经过对两国广藿香挥发性成分及其指纹图谱特征的对比分析,得出其指纹图谱相似度较低,成分含量相差较大。结论越南产广藿香挥发油含量高于中国产广藿香挥发油含量;两地广藿香挥发性成分在组分上具有一定相似性,但含量上具有较大差异性。

Objective To analyze the volatile components and fingerprints of Herba Pogostemonis from Vietnam and China,and then to investingate the differences and correlation of them.Methods We extracted the patchouli oil with the wet distillation.The patchouli oil were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS.Results The content of essential oil in Herba Pogostemonis from Vietnam was higher than that from China.The results fingerprint analysis of the volatile compounds showed that the similarities of volatile component fingerprints were low,but the ingredient contents were quite different between the two kinds of Herba Pogostemonis.Conclusion The content of essential oil in Herba Pogostemonis from Vietnam is higher than that from China.There has certain similarity in volatile component fingerprints,but the ingredient contents are different between the two kinds of Herba Pogostemonis.
