摘要
目的筛选制备大黄酚包合物的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验设计以包封率和载药量为指标筛选最佳工艺条件,采用HPLC法测定其含量。结果大黄酚与β-环糊精的比例为1∶4,包合温度为40℃,包合时间为30 min,搅拌速度为200 r.min-1时包封率最高。结论大黄酚包合物制备工艺简单、方便,体外释放速度快。
Objective To optimize the preparation technology of chrysophanol inclusion complex.Methods The optimal preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test with encapsulation rate as the index of evaluation,and HPLC was used to determine the concentration of chrysophanol.Results The optimal preparation technology was as follows: the ratio of chrysophanol to β-CYD being 1 ∶ 4,inclusion temperature at 40 ℃,inclusion time being 30 minutes,and at stirring speed of 200 r·min-1.Conclusion Preparation process of chrysophanol inclusion complex is simple and convenient,and the in-vitro release of the obtained chrysophanol inclusion complex is fast.
