俄罗斯市场经济模式的演进路径及未来走向——写在俄罗斯独立20周年之际

Evolution Route and Future Development Orientation of the Russian Market Economy Model——Written on the 20ieth Anniversary of Russia' Independence

俄罗斯独立以来,其市场经济模式的演进路径是由自由市场经济模式转入社会市场经济模式。今后,俄罗斯将延续现行社会市场经济模式,而在某些方面愈来愈向"中国模式"靠拢。其原因,一是由于中国市场经济模式的有效性及国际影响力;二是中俄两国人民的思想理念有相同之处,在建立和完善市场经济进程中,有利于彼此沟通思想和交流经验。俄罗斯借鉴中国市场经济建设的经验,首先是在宏观经济调控方面,其次是在制度方面,第三是在具体做法和政策方面。

Since the independence of Russia,the evolutionary route of its market model has shifted from free market economy to social market economy.In the future Russia will go on with the current social market economy and will get closer with the Chinese model.The reasons are:1.the effectiveness and international impact of the Chinese market economy model;2.the similarity of the two peoples' concept as well as the beneficial communication exchange of experiences between them.In borrowing the experience of the Chinese market economy development,Russia will first do so in macro economic regulation and control,secondly in terms of institutions and thirdly in specific ways and policies.
