摘要
提出了一种新颖的五电平飞跨电容型双降压逆变器,即在双Buck电路为主电路的基础上构建的飞跨电容钳位型的多电平逆变器。该拓扑保留了双Buck逆变器无桥臂直通、无体二极管反向恢复问题的优点,消除了桥臂直通的隐患和体二极管反向恢复问题。该拓扑结构具备了飞跨电容钳位开关组合方式灵活的优点,其通过逻辑电路对开关模态组合进行调节,解决了飞跨电容的均压问题。在此基础上,对该拓扑进行了saber仿真,并进行了实际试验,得到了仿真及实验波形,验证了分析的正确性和可行性。
A novel flying-capacitor dual buck five-level inverter(FCDBFLI) is presented in this paper.It is a kind of flying-capacitor inverter,which is based on the main circuit of dual Buck inverter.The topology cherishes the merits of dual buck inverter,such as no shoot-through problem,no body diode reverse-recovery problem.The switches array of this inverter are flexible which enable to realize the balance state between the charging and discharging of the flying capacitors by logical control.Simulation and experiment verifiy the truth of those analyses.
