联合检测降钙素原与C反应蛋白水平的临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 降钙素原（PCT）是由116个氨基酸组成的无激素活性的降钙素（calcitonin，CT）前体物。正常情况下PCT mRNA在甲状腺滤泡旁细胞粗面内质网内翻译成含141个氨基酸的前PCT进入内质网膜，经糖基化和特异酶的作用，生成PCT。产生PCT的主要部位在肝脏，其他如单核细胞、脾、肺或小肠的神经内分泌细胞也可以产生。内毒素可刺激降钙素原的释放。PCT来自定位于第11号染色体上（11P15，4）的单拷贝基因，该基因由2800个碱基对组成，
