Study on Rapid Start-up Conditions of Anaerobic System

摘要 厌氧系统的快速启动是厌氧工艺运转的前提和关键。试验摒弃了单纯依靠增加有机负荷来驯化系统适应新水质的传统方法,而是通过将接种污泥所属厌氧系统出水和油漆厂待处理废水的混合水作为进水,这一方法同时具有补充菌种和帮助微生物尽快适应进水水质的优点。结果表明:厌氧系统仅需16 d就实现了快速启动,当进水COD值在6 500 mg/L左右时,出水COD值能降到2 200 mg/L左右,去除率稳定在65%左右,系统运行性能稳定。 The rapid start-up of the anaerobic system is the precondition and key of anaerobic process. The traditional methods relying on increasing organic load to help the system to adapt to new wastewater quality were rejected. Through a simple method that makes the effluent from anaerobic treat- ment system having seed sludge and paint plant wastewater to be treated mix to flow into, both adding strains and helping micro-organisms to adapt as quickly as possible were performed. In this experiment, 16 days are only needed to achieve rapid start-up of the anaerobic system. When the influent COD is 6 500 mg/L, the effluent COD can decrease to 2 200 mg/L. The COD removal rate stabilizes at around 65% and the system operates stably.
