PI3K/Akt细胞信号转导通路与肺纤维化 被引量:3

摘要 肺纤维化疾病包括特发性肺纤维化、结节病、尘肺病、放射性肺纤维化等。尘肺病是目前我国最受关注的职业病,严重危害作业工人的健康,迄今仍缺乏有效的治疗药物,因此,研究肺纤维化的机制已成为一种迫切的需要。
