巨噬细胞甘露糖受体与呼吸系统疾病研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of relationship between macrophage mannose receptor and respiratory diseases

摘要 甘露糖受体是参与免疫反应的一种模式识别受体,可以调节巨噬细胞的活化,呈递抗原及吞噬等过程,甘露糖受体下调或缺失将会影响机体对病原体的易感性.本文对近年巨噬细胞表面甘露糖受体基本结构和分布以及甘露糖受体在呼吸系统相关疾病中的研究进行综述. Mannose receptor is a pattern recognition receptor,which is involved in the immune response. It can regulate the activation of macrophage,antigen presentation,and phagocytosis. Downregulation or absence of mannose receptor affects the body's susceptibility to pathogens. This article reviews the researches about the basic structure and distribution of mannose receptor on the surface of macrophage and the relationship between mannose receptor and respiratory diseases.
