摘要
幼儿园教师的道德焦虑是客观存在的,其产生的原因主要来自于大众对幼儿园教师的社会刻板印象、幼儿园教师面对的多重价值期盼冲突、幼儿园教师印象整饰需求等。可以通过各种有效途径缓解幼儿园教师的道德焦虑,诸如构建专业协会,健全幼儿园教师职业伦理;加强教育立法,确定幼儿园教师的行为底线;进行心理疏导,释放幼儿园教师的焦虑情绪等。
Moral anxiety, which prevails among preschool teachers, are caused by various reasons, such as the public stereotypes about preschool teachers, value conflict teachers are faced with and the image modification need of teachers. Various approaches can be adopted to alleviate their moral anxiety, such establishing a professional association to perfect professional ethics of preschool teachers; enhancing legislation to define the bottom line of teacher's behavior and offering psychological relief to release their anxiety, etc
