摘要
积极推进0-3岁婴幼儿早期教育已成为全球性的发展趋势。上海市初步建立了以社区为依托的早期教育公共服务机制与网络。但调查发现.上海市0~3岁婴幼儿家庭对早教服务的需求与政府和社会实际能提供的早期教育服务之间存在一定差距。为了进一步促进0-3岁婴幼儿早期教育的健康发展,政府应进一步提高对早期教育重要性的认识,制定相关的社区服务和家庭支持政策;社区应整合多方资源,提供多元的早教服务;家长要明确自身的教育职责,积极参与早教活动。
Promotion of early childhood education has become a global trend. In Shanghai, a community-based mechanism and network of public service for early childhood education has been established. However, research shows that a gap still exists between the need of the service and reality. In order to advance the development of early childhood education, the government should attach more importance to early childhood education and formulate correlative policies of community service and family support; the community should integrate the resources to provide services of multi-levels; parents' responsibilities should be specified and they should be encouraged to actively participate in early childhood education activities.
