延边州黑木耳产业发展问题研究

Study on Development of Black Fungus Industry In Yanbian Prefectur

通过对延边州黑木耳主产区及加工企业的实地调研,针对其自身特点及面临问题,依托现有产业基础、资源条件和发展潜力,结合国内外发展趋势及产业经济学相关理论进行分析,提出有利于延边州黑木耳产业发展的对策及建议,为其产业的健康有序发展提供依据。

The black fungus on the main producing areas of Yanbian and processing enterprises were researched in the field.For its own characteristics and problems relying on existing industrial base,resources conditions and development potention,combining domestic and international development trends and related theories of industrial economics,strategy and the proposed industrial park favorable to the black fungus in Yanbian industrial development were put up to provide scientific support for its industry development healthy and orderly.
