摘要 压力容器的安全评价是杜绝事故发生的关键过程,如何选择合适的失效准则至关重要。对现行压力容器的几种主要失效准则进行了论述;用有限元分析软件针对不同壁厚的管道进行了基于弹性失效准则和塑性失效准则的失效压力计算,其中考虑了材料的真实应力-应变曲线对失效压力的影响;并利用FouPel经验公式进行基于爆破准则的失效压力计算。最后通过对比分析提出了关于如何选择失效准则的建议。 In case pressure vessel fail,it will cause immeasurable loss,so the safety evaluation is the key course to prevent accidents,and how to select suitable failure criteria is very important.Mostly used several kinds of failure criteria to pressure vessel were introduced;by means of finite element analysis software,failure pressure of pipeline with different wall thickness based on elastic and plastic failure criteria were calculated,in this process,the effect of the real stress-strain curve on failure pressure was considered;and failure pressure based on explosion criteria was calculated by using the FouPel empirical formula.Finally,the suggestion on how to select failure criteria was put forward through comparison and analysis.
