试样加工及试验对螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝冲击韧性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对X70螺旋埋弧焊管生产中焊缝冲击试验的总结和分析,研究了冲击试样的V形槽深度、V形槽中心偏离外焊缝中心距离、试样尺寸、试验冷却温度以及低温冷却、保温时间对焊缝冲击试验值的影响。结果显示:随着V形槽深度的增加,焊缝冲击功呈线性降低;在正常情况下(即V形槽中心偏离外焊缝中心距离为0)的焊缝冲击功比在V形槽中心偏离情况下的冲击功低;半尺寸试样(55mm×10mm×5mm)的冲击功换算后大于全尺寸试样(55mm×10mm×10mm)的冲击功;随着试验温度的增加,焊缝冲击功逐渐增加,呈递增趋势;冲击试样在完全冷却后,保温时间的长短对冲击功的影响不大。 Through to the X70 steel spiral submerged-arc welding tube production,the welded joint impact test's summary and the analysis,has studied outside the impact test specimen V die depth,V die center deviation the welded joint center distance,the test specimen width,the experimental cooling temperature as well as the cooling temperature soaking time to the welded joint impact test value influence.Along with V die depth's increase,the welded joint impact merit assumes the linearity to reduce;in the normal condition(i.e.outside V die center deviation welded joint center distance is 0 mm)the welded joint impact merit is lower than in V die center deviation's situation's impact merit,experiments the welded joint impact merit which obtains to be also most real;double standard impact test specimen(55 mm × 10 mm × 5 mm)the impact merit is bigger than the single time of standard specimen(55 mm × 10 mm × 10 mm) impact merit;along with experimental temperature's increase,the welded joint impact merit increases gradually,assumes the increasing tendency;the impact test specimen after complete cools,soaking time's length to attacks the merit the influence not to be big.
