摘要
简要介绍了钻铤的用途和分类,API标准和石油行业标准对钻铤的探伤要求以及超声波检测(UT)常见问题。分析了影响超声波探伤结果的因素,主要有耦合剂、UT标样人工孔标定的准确性、UT探头K值的选用、探头曲率半径及探头磨损、钻铤深孔加工方式、钻铤内壁积水或积油、检测时的扫查方向和速度等,并提出了超声波检测过程中应注意的事项。
It briefly introduced purpose and classification of drill collar,testing requirements for drill collar in API and petroleum industry standard,as well as the common problems in UT detection.It analyzed effect factors from several aspects,such as couplant,accuracy of calibrating manual hole in UT specimen,selecting K value of UT head,radius of curvature and abrasion of UT head,machining mode of drill collar deep hole,hydrocele or oil in the inside surface of drill collar,scanning direction and speed in testing,and so on.It put forward attentions during UT course.
