Production Situation of Φ1420 mm Welded Pipe Used in Gas Pipeline in Volga Steel Tube Works

俄罗斯伏尔加钢管厂利用优质低硫、低磷钢,开发出了新的准1 420 mm、工作压力为9.8 MPa和11.8 MPa、强度分别为K60(X70)和K65(X80)的螺旋缝焊管和直缝焊管。对钢管力学性能的研究结果表明,该厂生产的准1 420 mm焊管完全适用于俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司的大型天然气管道项目。并介绍了近年来伏尔加钢管厂与俄罗斯钢管科学研究院、天然气和煤气工艺科学研究院等合作进行的对大直径焊管的研究概况。

Volga Steel Tube Works utilized the high-quality steel with low sulfur and low phosphorus to develop the new Φ1 420 mm SAWH and SAWL pipe with the operating pressure 9.8 MPa and 11.8 MPa,and the strength K60（X70）和K65（X80）respectively.The research results of steel pipe mechanical properties showed that Φ1420 mm welded pipe produced by Volga Steel Tube Works can fully meet the requirement of large scale gas pipeline project in Russia Gas Industrial Stock Company.It also introduced general research situation of large diameter welded pipe,which were conducted by Volga Steel Tube Works,Russia Steel Pipe Science Academy and Russia Gas Process Science Academy.
