摘要
针对环保要求及常规固色剂存在的问题,制备了无醛亲水固色剂TF-235。通过检测甲醛、重金属离子和致癌芳香胺等指标,证实固色剂TF-235不含有害物质。将其应用于活性染料中深色纯棉针织物染色中,能明显提升织物的皂洗牢度、浸泡牢度、汗渍牢度和摩擦牢度等,且固色前后棉织物的亲水性基本不变,强力和色差变化也很小。
Waterproof and moisture permeable composite fabric is produced by laminating the waterproof and moisture permeable film and fabric with a moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive. Effects of fiber composition, fabric specification and surface performance, engraved roller and bonding process on laminated fabric production are discussed.
