摘要
该文构建了两相混合式步进电动机的开环矢量细分驱动控制系统,运用DSP芯片从软件角度实现所有算法,产生脉宽调制波来控制两相H桥的开通,以此来控制两相绕组中的电流,根据DSP产生PWM的原理,对其进行了死区补偿。文中详细阐述了系统的原理、组成构架和实现方案,实验结果表明,该系统具有运行稳定、控制简单等特点。
An open-loop vector microstepping drive system of two phase hybrid stepping motor was built.In order to modulate the current of two phase windings,two H-bridges were controlled by PWM based on DSP in terms of software.Dead time compensation must be added,according to the principle of PWM on DSP.This paper talked about the principle of the system,the frame of the structure and the scheme of realization.From the result,the system has a good performance,and can be easy to control.
