摘要
该文介绍了风轮风量的调节方式和单相无刷直流电动机的调速方式,分析了风轮与单相无刷直流电动机的匹配。对某汽车风机用单相无刷直流电动机的静态磁场和齿槽转矩进行了有限元仿真,对电机空载转速-电压关系曲线进行了仿真和测试,测试了风机系统的效率。分析和测试表明不均匀气隙有效克服了单相无刷直流电动机的起动死点,采用电动机调压调速实现风量的调节有利于节能,该电动机与风轮匹配较好,使风机工作速度范围内保持了较高的系统效率。
This paper introduced the methods to adjust the volume of wind flow for the fan used in automobile and to adjust the speed of the single-phase PM BLDCM.The demands for the single-phase PM BLDCM driving the fan were analyzed.The static magnetic field and cogging torque of the single-phase PM BLDCM employed in the fan of a car were calculated by finite element analysis.The speed-voltage curve of the single-phase PM BLDCM with no-load were simulated and tested.The efficiency of the system combing of the single-phase PM BLDCM and the fan was tested.The analysis and test results show that the unequal length of air gap makes the single-phase PM BLDCM starting easily,the method to change the volume of wind flow by adjusting the speed of the single-phase PM BLDCM is benefit for the energy save,the motor meets the demands of the fan well,and the efficiency of the system keeps higher during the working speed range.
