米饭及米粥对糖耐量异常患者餐后血糖的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的在糖耐量异常患者中观察进食大米粥及大米饭后对餐后血糖及胰岛素分泌的影响。方法对35例糖耐量异常患者仅进行饮食及运动控制血糖达标(不予药物治疗)。早餐先后给予等量大米烹调成的大米粥和大米饭,并以等能量的葡萄糖作对照,观察0、30、60、120和180min血糖、胰岛素和C肽变化情况。结果进食葡萄糖受试者餐后120min血糖受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)下面积(AUC)比进食大米粥及大米饭者略高(>0.05)。进食大米饭的餐后血糖最大波动值明显低于大米粥和葡萄糖[(3.01±0.71)(4.69±0.95)mmol/L,(3.01±0.71)(5.51±0.92)mmol/L,均<0.05]。进食大米饭30min血糖值明显低于大米及葡萄糖[(7.43±0.90)(9.11±1.36)mmol/L(,7.43±0.90)(9.78±1.04)mmol/L,均<0.05]。进食大米饭后30 min胰岛素、C肽水平低于进食大米粥和葡萄糖(均>0.05)。进食大米饭后180 min胰岛素略高于其他两种饮食;进食大米饭餐后胰岛素最大波动值低于大米粥和葡萄糖,但差别无统计学意义[(13.5±8.14)(16.5±8.02)mmol/L,(13.5±8.14)(17.4±7.24)mmol/L,均>0.05]。结论在糖耐量异常患者中,进食等量大米做成的大米粥比大米饭餐后血糖波动更大;早期胰岛素和C肽分泌略有增加,但差别无统计学意义。进食大米粥餐后胰岛素最大波动值略有增加,但差异无统计学意义。
