双腔起搏器的自动房室间期搜索对心功能的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的比较具有自动房室间期搜索功能的双腔起搏器,在打开与关闭状态下对心功能的影响。方法入选44例置入具有AV间期搜索功能的双腔起搏器DDD(R)患者,观察自动房室间期搜索功能在打开与关闭状态下,患者心室起搏(VP)、血浆N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)及6min步行试验(6MWT)情况。结果 44例患者按计划完成随访,自动房室搜索打开状态下总心室起搏比例、NT-proBNP水平低,6MWT距离增加,与关闭状态相比,差异有统计学意义(均<0.05)。两者心房起搏比例差异无统计学意义。结论双腔起搏器可以减少右心室起搏,改善DDD(R)双腔起搏器患者的心功能,增加6 min步行距离。
