海尔福对铅中毒小鼠治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨海尔福对铅中毒小鼠治疗作用。方法将40只健康昆明小白鼠随机分为染铅组、治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组,每组10只,分别予醋酸铅染毒、海尔福治疗及空白对照,观察各组小鼠有关指标的变化情况。结果 (1)染铅组小鼠肝组织有明显的病理学改变;两个治疗组小鼠肝组织病理学变化有所改善,且治疗2组改善更为明显。(2)染铅组小鼠血清ALT水平明显升高(P<0.01)、外周血Hb含量明显降低(P<0.01);两个治疗组小鼠血清ALT水平较对照组亦明显升高(P<0.01),而Hb含量较染铅组有所提高,但仍明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)染铅组小鼠肝组织中铅含量较其他三组均明显升高(P<0.01),两个治疗组小鼠肝组织中铅含量较染铅组明显降低(P<0.01),但仍显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论海尔福溶液对铅所致的肝和血液毒性有治疗作用。 Objective To study treatment Of lead poisoning Mice in Haierfu.Methods Healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,lead group,treatment group 1 and group 2,a total of four experimental groups,exposure to sub-chronic toxicity of lead acetate test,treatment as the treatment group Haierfu 1,treatment Section 2.Results Lead group of mice liver pathological changes significantly,as the treatment group Haierfu treatment 1,treatment group 2 was significantly improve pathological group two most obvious pathological changes in liver tissue,lead group of urea(BU) There was no significant difference between changes(P〉0.05),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) significantly increased(P〈0.01),and hemoglobin(HB) was significantly lower(P〈0.01).Treatment as the treatment group Haierfu 1,treatment group 2,alanine aminotransferase(ALT) was significantly lower(P〈0.01),and hemoglobin(HB) recovery of the increased(P〈0.01).Conclusions Toxicity of lead was on mouse liver blood,and its role in the treatment Haierfu.
