摘要
简述了昆钢高性能抗震钢筋的研究开发、推广应用工作，对高性能抗震钢筋推广应用存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的意见和建议。
The High-performance aseismatic steel research and promotion,popularization and application of Kungang were summarized,problems of this steel popularization and application were analysised,and opinions and suggestions were then provided.
