摘要
随着工业的发展,对钢铁防腐提出了越来越高的要求,涂层作为一种经典的防护方法得到了广泛应用。氟碳树脂因其特殊的分子结构,赋予其优异的耐候性和耐蚀性。重点论述了氟碳涂层在耐蚀性和耐候性方面的研究现状及应用状况,对应用于紧固件上的氟碳涂层进行了介绍,并对FEVE(三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基醚)氟碳涂层在紧固件防护方面的应用前景进行了展望。
With the development of the industry,corrosion prevention requirements of the steel will increase.The protective coating as a classical method has been widely used.Because of the fluorocarbon resin special molecular structure,gave its excellent weatherability and corrosion resistance.This paper focuses on fluorocarbon coating research and application status in terms of corrosion resistance and weatherability,the fluorocarbon coating for fastener was introduced,and the application of FEVE fluorocarbon coating in the fastener was propected.
