摘要 介绍了飞机方向舵雷击后剩余强度试验方法。试验件为飞机复合材料方向舵全尺寸部件。方向舵结构由复合材料层压板、复合材料面板NOMEX蜂窝芯夹层结构及金属结构件组成。该试验利用国际先进的MTS多点协调加载系统进行双通道高精度协调加载,并利用集成的VXI1629数据采集模块自动进行同步数据采集。试验方案科学合理,试验加载精度达到0.4%满量程以内,试验方法可为其他大型结构部件静力试验提供参考。 A test of residual strength after lightning strike on aircraft composite rudder full-size components was carried out.The test article is the rudder designed by the Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute,and tested in Laboratory of Civil Aircraft Structures Testing(LCAST) of Shanghai Jiaotong University.The structure consists of composite laminates,composite face sheet,NOMEX honeycomb core sandwich panels and metallic structural parts.The test was executed with MTS coordinated multi-point loading system as well as integrated data acquisition modules VXI1629 to record data automatically and simultaneously.With reasonable scheme,the deviation was within 0.4% of the full scale.The test scheme can be used as a reference for other components static tests.
