校外实习组织实施方法创新

Innovation on organization and implementation methods of off-campus internship

目前,高校学生校外实习还存在许多不利因素。针对新时期校外实习中存在的问题,在多年实习组织实施的实践中,采取了"强化环节管理,明确目标责任"的应对措施,并探索出了各环节组织实施的新方法。近几年的实习效果表明,这些措施和方法对提高实习质量具有较好的作用。

At present,there are many disadvantages for college student＇s off-campus internship.In order to solve these new problems,the measure of ＂Strengthen link management,pinpoint goals and responsibility＂ was adopted in the internship management and implementation in recent years,and some of new methods for each link of internship management were found out.The practice in recent years shows these measures and methods are effective in improving the quality of internship.
