摘要
介绍了频率指配模型，在分析一般性频率指配问题以及分类的基础上，根据军事通信特点，定义了军事通信的频率指配约束条件，并提出军事通信动态频率指配模型。
In this paper we introduce the frequency assignment problem models. We define constraints for frequency assignment of military communications according to military communication features based on the analysis of the basic frequency assignment problem and its sortings.At last, propose the dynamic frequency assignment model of military communications.
