摘要
应用小鼠对四种络合剂的^(170)Tm内污染促排效果进行了比较性研究。结果表明,^(170)Tm内污染后,立即给促排剂400μM/kg,Ca-DTPA效果最好;在延迟给促排剂情况下,Zn-DTPA与Ca-DTPA等效,且优于811(喹胺酸)和EDTA。
The relative effecti veness of four kinds of chelating agents in removing 170Tm from mice was investigated. With a single prompt treatment 400uM/kg(i. e. uM pf chelating agent/uM of 170Tm = 2.5 105), the Ca-DTPA was most effective.Under the condition of a delayed treatment, Zn DTPA was as effective as Ca-DTPA and more effective than 811 (Quinamic acid ) and EDTA.
