介绍了客户关系管理能力的定义、评价指标以及提升能力的措施,以及图书馆联盟用户管理系统的运行机制和功能,论述了用户管理系统的实施,将促进图书馆联盟管理理念、组织结构、人力资源的变革,推进新技术的运用以及优化供应链伙伴关系,从而全面提高图书馆联盟的客户关系管理能力。
In this paper,the definition of customer relationship management ability,the evaluation index,the measures of enhancing the ability,and the operation mechanism and function of library alliance user management system were introduced,and finally the implementation of the user management system was discussed to promote the reform of the library alliance management concept,organization structure,human resources,as well as the new technology application and optimize the partnership of supply chain,for the overall improvement of the customer relationship management ability of library alliance.
