摘要 顾客价值被认为是获取和保持企业竞争优势的重要因素,越来越多的学者对顾客价值给予高度关注,并陆续从各自的研究角度对这一领域进行探讨。文章对以往学者关于顾客价值管理的相关文献进行了回顾与分析,对不同观点和学科关于顾客价值概念内涵以及形成模式进行了系统阐述,从而对深入理解顾客价值提供理论基础。 Customer value is the key source of competitive advantages of companies.More and more researchers show their interests in this issue,and discuss the issue from different perspectives.This paper reviews and analyses literatures about customer value management,illustrates the distinctive connotation of customer value and corresponding models,and presents a theoretic base for further understanding customer value.
