摘要
以强化国有企业人力资源绩效管理能力为目标,从绩效管理的相关概念入手,分析了国有企业绩效管理的现状,在此基础上探究我国当前国有企业在绩效管理方面存在的主要问题,针对性地提出了解决方法,为我国不断提升国有企业在市场经济体制下的竞争能力提供借鉴。
The goal of this paper is to strengthen the capacity of human resources performance management in state-owned enterprises.To analyze the status of performance management in state-owned enterprises,we start from the concept of performance management,which is based on exploring the main problems in state-owned enterprise.We work out targeted solutions to the problems in state-owned enterprises' performance management to enhance the competitiveness in market-oriented economy.
