高校科技期刊管理体制改革的对策

Suggestions for management reform in university technology journal

结合我国出版体制改革政策,在对我国高校科技期刊管理体制改革的目标和原则分析的基础上,提出我国高校科技期刊管理体制改革具体对策。研究认为,高校科技期刊的总体目标是不断提高刊物的学术水平和质量,最终被国内外知名数据库收录以吸引国内外范围内的优秀稿源投稿,使刊物的内涵得到不断的提升。

With the China＇s reform of publishing policy,this paper analyzes the principles and objectives of management system in college science periodicals,and then proposes some specific countermeasures.We find that the overall goal of science periodicals is constantly improving the level and quality of academic publications and ultimately being included in internationally renowned databases by attracting domestic and foreign excellent paper sources,thus enhancing the connotation of academic periodicals.
