近代中医学校教育的主要特点研究

Educational Characteristics of Chinese Medicine School in Modern Time

近代中医学校教育是我国近代教育及近代医学教育不可缺少的组成部分。近代中医学校教育在曲折发展的历程中取得了一些成绩,其经验可以为当今的中医学校教育提供有益的借鉴。文章在深入挖掘、搜集、整理史料的基础上,凝炼了近代中医学教育的几个特点:开设西医课程,重视临床实践;重视教材编写,实行"刊学相辅";办学规范严格,适应近代教育;民办学校兴起,发展历程曲折。近代中医学校教育在人才培养、课程设置、教材建设等方面与师承教育相比,有很多优势。通过近代中医学教育的特点和优势的探讨,对未来中医教育进行了一些展望:重视中医经典、改善教学模式、加强临床教学、调整课程设置、开展国际交流等,为后来者作进一步的深入研究打下基础。

Modern education in Chinese medicine school is an essential component of modern education and modern medicine education in China.During the tortuous development of modern education in Chinese medicine school,some achievements have been obtained and the experiences can be the good reference for the education today of Chinese medicine school.Based on the deep analysis and collection of historical materials,the paper presents several characters of modern education in Chinese medicine school：opening courses of western medicine,emphasizing clinical practice;stressing on teaching material writing,implementing ＂the interaction of academic journals and education＂;strictly standardizing education,adapting to modern education;rising non-government schools and hard process of development.As compared with master-apprentice system,the modern education in Chinese medicine school is much more advantageous in personnel training,course offering and textbook construction.Through the exploration of the characters and advantages of modern education of Chinese medicine,some outlooks on future education of Chinese medicine are summarized：stressing classics of Chinese medicine,improving teaching pattern,enhancing clinical training,adjusting course offering and developing international exchange.These outlooks may lay the foundation for a further research in the future.
