摘要
研究表明,未经苯巴比妥钠处理的妊娠母鼠,腹腔注射染毒组胎肝细胞色素P-450、细胞色素b_5和蛋白质含量均明显低于对照组。125和11mg/m^3吸入染毒组胎肝细胞色素P-450和蛋白质含量也明显低于对照组。但细胞色素b_5仅125mg/m^3染毒组低于对照组。腹腔注射CS_2染毒时,妊娠母鼠和胎鼠肝NADPH-细胞色素C-还原酶均显著高于对照组。
The results indicated that when the nonpretreated pregnant rats were injected intraperitoneally with CS2 of 1ml/kg at the end of gestation,the contents of cytochrome P-450,cytochrome b5 and protein in fetal liver were much lower than that of controls. When the pregnant rats inha led CS2 at the concentrations of 125 and 11 mg/M3 throughout gestation, the contents of cytochrome P-450 and protein in fetal liver were much lower than that of controls at the both concentrations. But the contents of cytochrome b5 were lower than that of control only at the con centration of 125mg/M3.When pregnant rats were injected intraperitoneally with CS2, the contents of NADPH-cyto chrome C-reductase of maternal and fetal liver of rats were much higher than that of control.
