摘要
作为衡量隔热性能的重要技术参数,型材传热系数的大小是直接影响甚至决定门窗隔热节能及保温性能的重要因素。本文针对目前行业中普遍认为的隔热型材节能设计理念,利用THERM/WINDOW热工仿真软件对不同设计结构的等温线分布和传热系数进行模拟计算,验证该理念的准确性,并通过对计算结果的分析讨论,得出科学的设计理念,以更好的指导隔热型材的结构设计。
As an important technique parameter of measuring heat insulation performance,thermal transmittance of profiles decided heat insulation and energy-saving performance of windows and doors directly. According to existing design conceptions of thermal barrier profiles, the isothermal line distribution and thermal transmittance of different designed structure were analyzed using THERM/WINDOW program,based on the discussion of the results, accuracy of these conceptions was verified. Based on the discussion of results, scientific concepts which could be used for directing design of thermal barrier profiles were further obtained.
