摘要
运用基尼系数法,对重庆市主城9区基于人口、国内生产总值(GDP)、国土面积的SO2排放现状的公平性进行评价,结合线性规划法对其进行优化,并提出相应的削减方案。结果表明,应用基尼系数法和线性规划法对重庆市主城9区的SO2总量分配方案进行评估和调整,可使分配方案更公平和合理。
Taking the SO2 emission in Chongqirng for example, it assessed the fairness with the Gini coefficient basing on population, gross domestic product (GDP) and land distribution. Combining with linear programming optimization method on it, accordingly cut schemes were given. Results showed that the application of Gini coefficient and linear programming made the allocation schemes more fair and reasonable.
