摘要
为克服行波超声波电动机低速平滑性不稳定的问题,提出一种谐波摩擦超声波电动机。首先对谐波摩擦超声波电动机的结构进行研究,然后分析谐波摩擦传动的原理、柔轮波形曲线的理论模型以及柔轮质点的运动轨迹。最后研究了谐波摩擦传动系统的传动比,获得其传动比方程,分析传动比的影响因素。研究结果为进一步提高超声波电动机的输出性能奠定了理论基础。
In order to overcome the unstable problem of the ultrasonic motor in low smooth speed, the harmonic friction drive ultrasonic motor was presented. Frist,the structure of the harmonic friction deceleration ultrasonic motor was described. Then the working principle of the harmonic friction drive was analyzed and the flexspline waveform and the trajectory of the flexspline particle was discussed. Finally, the transmission ratio was studied, its transmission equation was obtained,and the influence on the transmission ratio was studied. The results lay a theoretical foundation to further improvement of the output performance of the ultrasonic motor.
