运动控制策略及其实现技术的研究,是目前超声波电动机领域的主要研究方向之一。从系统建模和控制策略两方面,阐述超声波电动机运动控制技术的发展现状,说明了近期研究的主要趋势。
Nowadays the study on the control strategy and its implementation is the main topic in the research area of ultrasonic motors. The development of motion control technology for ultrasonic motors was summerized, and the main trend of research work in the near future was also given out.
