Taking Plot K01 in post-disaster permanent affordable houses of ＂First Block＂, Dujiangyan City as an example, this article analyzes its process guiding the planning and design by the idea of comprehensive community reconstruction, and expounds it from 4 aspects including the construction of spatial pattern, the control of spatial scale, the selection of architectural form, and the combination of functional diversity.
