Teaching Resource Base System of Modern Distance Education

本文在对湖南大学现代远程教育的现状进行分析研究，提出了教学资源库系统的建设方案，并逐步实施和完善了网上的教学资源，提高了教学质量。

This paper presents a study of condition in modern distance educahon. Prompting a building scheme of teaching resources,an approach in its gradual prachce and perfection was made in consummating teaching resources and raising teaching quality.
